There are many ways your PTA raises money for Ravenwood. From gift wrap sales to silent auction baskets, the money raised from these events support family enrichment and many other programs at Ravenwood.
Following are other ways you can help throughout the year:
Enhanced donations through employers - Many employers have a matching program in place to double the amount of your cash donation, while others will offer grants based on the number of your volunteer hours. Check with your employer to see what options are available for you.
BP employees - Did you know that you can apply for a grant of up to $300 annually, and that the money can go directly to Ravenwood PTA? To learn more about BP's Fabric of America program, please click here. We would greatly appreciate your consideration in submitting a grant on Ravenwood's behalf!
Chevron employees - Through Chevron's Humankind program you can put your volunteer hours to good use by requesting a grant for Ravenwood. For every 20 hours of volunteer time at Ravenwood, you may request a $500 grant, up to $1,000 annually. See the attached PDF file for more on this and the company's matching donation program. Box Tops for Education - Don't throw money away! Save box tops all year long. Box Tops offers two easy ways to earn cash for our school through everyday activities like buying groceries and shopping.
eScrip - Register any one or all of your existing grocery loyalty, debit and credit cards for use in the program. Participating merchants will make contributions to your chosen group. Track your purchases online to see how much you're earning for Ravenwood. To find out what your Club Card Number is, call toll-free 1-877-723-3929 and a Safeway Customer Service representative will help you.
